Q. What is the status of my order? 

Ans: You can track your ID by using your order ID or AWB number. Track order (link should be sent).

Q. Can you change the shipping address for orders? 

Ans: Yes sure, you need to inform us within 24 hours or WhatsApp us or email us at support@zivauniforms.com.

Q. Can I cancel my order? 

Ans: 

  1. For non-personalised items, we accept cancellation if it is not dispatched from our warehouse.
  2. In the case of personalised items, we cannot accept them because the items are specially personalised for you and cannot be exchanged.
  3. Please WhatsApp us at @9831150016 or put your queries at support@zivauniforms.com.

Q. Modification of order :

Ans: For non-personalised items, we can modify your order but in the case of embroidery items, you should inform us 2 hours after placing the order.

Q. Overseas: 

Ans: Yes we would ship overseas but shipping charges would differ depending on the country to be shipped.

Q. When will the item be dispatched from the date of placing the order? 

Ans: The item would take 2 to 3 days to dispatch and personalised items would take 4 to 5 working days.

Q. When will the order be delivered?

Ans: The order will be delivered in 8 to 10 working days.

 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges 

Q. What is your return & exchange policy? 

Ans: The customer can place a return or exchange request within 3 to 4 place days for non-personalised items, however, we do not accept return exchanges, or refunds for personalised items, if you further need assistance with the size chart you can WhatsApp us, clicking on the WhatsApp icon mentioned on our website or email us at support@zivauniforms.com.

Q. How Can you place a return or exchange request? 

Ans: You can WhatsApp us by clicking the WhatsApp icon on the website.

Q. How is the return request processed? 

Ans: Once you place the return request, we will arrange a pickup, and our logistics partners within 5 to 7 days will come and pick up your order.

Q. How will I receive the refund of my product? 

Ans: Once we receive the returned product, it will take 10 days for you to receive the refund.
